Collin County Property Tax: Due Dates & How to Pay (2026)

When property taxes are due for Plano homeowners and where to handle your bill, from official Collin County sources. Updated July 2026.

Collin County property tax statements are mailed in October and are due upon receipt; payment must be made (or postmarked) by January 31 to avoid charges. Penalty and interest begin accruing on the unpaid balance February 1.
